Andrew Duncan

Managing Director

Andrew Duncan has been invested in Estate agency since 1984, starting his career with JB&B Leach in 1998 where he has firmly carved himself an enviable role in the area and regarded most highly by his peers. A Wigan chap, now residing in beautiful Whalley where he is father to two wonderful teenage boys, what Andrew doesn’t know about agency could be written on the back of a postage stamp. A real leader, who motivates his team without pressure, he is also a very generous boss. Playing squash in his spare time ( and rather good at it) he also enjoys rugby ( though only spectates!) loves fine dining, a good glass of new Zealand sauvignon and is very particular with great attention to details ( spotless house!) On a personal note, he is the chair of the Cheshire and north wales region for relocation agent network and has also appeared on “Homes under the hammer”.

Gary Brash

Managing Director

Gary Brash is the money man, award winning mortgage broker and managing director. Upbeat, motivational and rather charming, he has been with Leaches since 1998 and is well liked and respected by his team and clients alike. Married to Elaine with two beautiful daughters, Gary is a very genuine individual who always has his door open for staff and likes to know what we are all up to on a personal note as well as the all-important business. Courteous with a real passion and drive,a keen golfer, he also loves a chat and is known for his games at the full branch meeting, although he is the boss he’s respected for all the right reasons.

Katherine Carsley

Office Manager

Katherine is our office chief! KC as she is fondly referred to by her team started her property journey at the tender age of just 17 with the company and has enjoyed a successful property career ( now MNAEA) spanning almost 11 years now. Kath bought her first home (through us of course) in 2015 and is a local lady, loves dogs and her upbringing in Eccleston affords her valuable knowledge. She is the calm one amongst us, a team player - doesn't do problems and keeps us all motivated and happy ( she also likes the odd martini !)

Danielle Whitby

Residential Valuer

Danielle, our residential sales Valuer has enjoyed a longstanding 20 year career in agency - much of which has been with leaches, which she is very proud of. Mum of 3 children, Danielle feels passionate about property and loves homestaging, is a little bit bossy, admires Kirsty Allsop and loves talking. Website and marketing are also key areas of her role. Always happy to do that little bit more for her clients, she's also a lover of gin, cake, national trust and her rabbit Barnaby. Nicola Middlehurst

Sales Negotiator

Nicola joined Leaches in 2012 bringing with her valuable experience having worked in the industry for 10 years. She knows everyone! A font of local knowledge and sits at the front of the office – our company “face” (and a pretty one at that!). She lives in St Helens with her partner and is a tough negotiator with a big heart, and loves to agree that all important sale – often taking the offer sheets home as she rarely switches off. In her spare time, Nicola is also a qualified CND nail technician, so she is responsible for all our pretty fingers and toes. Not much gets passed this lady and she is one to have on your side if buying or selling. Nicola loves exotic holidays and the fine things in life ( and a good roast dinner!)

Susanne Curtis

Sales Negotiator

Sales negotiator Susanne joined the leaches team in early 2015 bringing with her over 7 years experience in the industry. Residing in nearby Dentons Green with her family, she is mum to three children ( yes, she doesn't look old enough!), her 3rd being born in Summer 2017. Her empathetic and friendly manner, excellent negotiating ability and outstanding customer service skills ensure she stands out in the local area of agency making her role essential to our team. Susanne always remains calm under pressure and has a warm welcome to all visitors to the branch. Susanne loves prosecco, shoes, walking ( to the pub!) and fluffy cats!

Nicky Collier

Lettings Manager

Nicky (our ginger corn) joined the wonderful world of agency in 2006 and us in 2016, within days we felt she had been with us forever as she slotted into the team brilliantly managing our established lettings department. Sunny disposition guaranteed and the maker of a fab cup of tea, she also runs in her spare time... very fast and often for charity, she’s our office warrior. Wealth of knowledge is a given and currently working towards her ARLA qualification, she is extremely particular with the role with exacting standards, great with tenants ( feisty red head when she needs to be) and never leaves our landlords short of attention with her exemplary customer care. Nicky is happily married and became a 1st time mummy in the summer of 2017 and we love having her around making us giggle.

Judy Colls

Lettings Negotiator

Judy was a welcome addition to our team having 30 years’ experience in the service industry bringing with her an invaluable calm influence. Judy is very organised, methodical and likes everything done correctly and always have a stash of pens in her drawer. Tenant and landlords appreciate her approach and she often does just that little bit more to ensure clients receive an exceptional experience. Judy is a proud mum to her daughter who is 22 and now at university. Judy loves dogs, caravan life and the beach, she is a very likeable lady with a lovely manner and is also a clever knitter specialising in bunting! Quite a list of talents!
