| Dear Mr Duncan. I recently sold my property through JB & B Leach and am writing in appreciation for all the help I received from all your staff. After an initially slow start at selling my property, a buyer was eventually found and Gail Fillingham took charge of the case. The buyer was somewhat a challenge and I felt Gail was very professional with the manner in which she dealt with the case and how she liaised with all the parties involved. I felt that she was able to deal with any request efficiently and was always very helpful. Whilst Gail was on annual leave Catherine took over the case and I would like to express how impressed I was with her professionalism. During that week, the buyer tested her patience on numerous occasions but she remained calm and in control.
